The specific characteristics of this terroir were already known in pre-Roman times: on the top of the mountain of the same name, in fact, there was a rich Jatina colony that cultivated vines and from them produced the precious wine.

It is precisely in this land that we cultivate vineyards with sensitivity, respecting the naturalness of the crops. From the care of the grapes throughout every process, from the rows to the bottle, our Todaro wines are born.

Perricone Vineyard Feotto

100% Perricone grapes, alcoholic fermentation in the presence of skins for approximately 20 days in stainless steel tanks, without the addition of selected yeasts.

Feotto Catarratto is made from Catarratto grapes. The resulting wine is elegant and enveloping, with an intriguing depth of aroma and flavor.
