Our history

Who we are

Our history has distant roots.
A passion handed down from generation to generation that has been enriched over time.

We are Giuseppe born in 1988, and Adriano Todaro born in 1991, thanks to our agricultural studies, we aim to the hard work in the vineyard and in the cellar to achieve important qualitative results.

« For us, wine is like a loved one to be treated with care and dedication at all times, from pruning to harvesting by hand to aging in French oak barriques ».

Our property extends for 25 hectares in the Valle dello Jato with altitudes ranging from 400 to 900 m asl.

Todaro Winery

The wine of our vineyards is born from the sensitivity for real things, wine of the land where it was born and of us.

The specific characteristics of our terroir were already known in pre-Roman times: on the top of the homonymous mountain, in fact, there was a rich Latin colony that cultivated vineyards and from them drew the precious wine.

Our wines are born in this land and with refined natural enological techniques. The vineyards are cultivated with sensitivity, respecting the naturalness of the crops.

The daily care of the grapes in all processes, from the row to the bottle, guarantees the genuineness and quality of our wines.
