After racking, following malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.

Ageing: 24 months in oak barrels of first and second stage

Merlot di Turi

Ginestra, the wine is made from the vineyards in C / Ginestra, from vines over 28 years, and so is one of the oldest vineyards in merlot in Sicily. The company located from 750 m to over 850 grapes gives very specific expression of a territory historically dedicated, wherein the cultivar is suitable. Aged in French oak barrels and tenneaux. Red with elegant structure and complexity enveloping, making it suitable for attractive opportunities speciali.Prodotta from the vineyard under houses from wild vines grafted on from where you get a limited but precious amount of wine.

The company located at 450 meters above sea level gives very small grapes with tannins particularly spicy expression of a region historically dedicated and in which the cultivar was adapted almost naturalized. Aged in French oak barrels. Description:

The Red Virgo born from a bland of Cabernet S. and Merlot grapes grown in the family in C / Feotto in high Jato Valley, where the international varieties have adapted beautifully to the climate and terroir of nostrivigneti high hill. The elegance and immediacy are feelings expressed by Virgo, making it suitable for every occasion.

Aged in cement tanks for 6 months.

LYBRA 

Description:

The white Lybra comes from Chardonnay grapes grown in the family in C / Broom in the mountains to over 780 m.sl.m. and with exposure to the north, which allow a perfect and slow maturation. The wine is elegant and fascinating, intriguing thick odor and taste. Very versatile, ideal for all occasions from the aperitif to the more elaborate dishes based on fish.
